Change of Mind
We currently do not offer change-of-mind returns. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your SmashPot™ arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation.
Warranty Claims
Your SmashPot™ comes with a 12-month manufacturing warranty.
Covered
- Material defects
- Weld failures
- Faulty hinges or latch mechanisms
- Faults with masher shaft or components
Not Covered
- Cosmetic marks or wear from normal use
- Rust caused by improper cleaning/storage
- Damage from misuse or modification
- Incorrect handling or accidents
How to Make a Warranty Claim

- Order number
- Photos or video of the issue
- Description of the problem
We’ll repair, replace, or refund depending on the fault.
