Change of Mind

We currently do not offer change-of-mind returns. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your SmashPot™ arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation.

Warranty Claims

Your SmashPot™ comes with a 12-month manufacturing warranty.

Covered

  • Material defects
  • Weld failures
  • Faulty hinges or latch mechanisms
  • Faults with masher shaft or components

Not Covered

  • Cosmetic marks or wear from normal use
  • Rust caused by improper cleaning/storage
  • Damage from misuse or modification
  • Incorrect handling or accidents

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email hi@smashpot.com.au with:

  • Order number
  • Photos or video of the issue
  • Description of the problem

We’ll repair, replace, or refund depending on the fault.
