All SmashPot™ units are dispatched from our factory in Rosebud, VIC within 48 hours.
Pre-order items will display expected shipping timeframes during checkout.

Shipping Method

We ship via Australia Post for fast and reliable delivery.
Tracking is provided for every order.

Delivery Timeframes

• Metro VIC: 1–3 business days
• Interstate metro: 2–6 business days
• Regional/Rural: Varies by location

Times may vary during busy periods.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from our factory in Rosebud, VIC.
Once your SmashPot™ is finished, you’ll receive an email confirming it’s ready.
Pickup is by appointment only, and instructions will be provided in your Ready for Pickup email.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once shipped, delays with Australia Post are outside our control, but we will assist where possible.
If your parcel appears lost, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
