Cancellation policy

Made-to-Order Items

All SmashPot™ units are made to order with a 3–4 week fabrication lead time.
For this reason, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours

Once fabrication has begun, we’re unable to cancel or refund your order, as materials and production time have already been allocated.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order purchases follow the same cancellation rules.
You may cancel within 24 hours of ordering. After this time, cancellations are not permitted.

If We Need to Cancel Your Order

In the rare case we need to cancel your order (e.g., material shortages, production issues), you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
